1. Go to www.gamesradar.com
2. Log in, or register a new account.
3. Go to the Blacklight Retribution beta key page to get your code.
4. Make a note of the code you receive and follow the instructions to redeem it.

That's all!  The closed beta phase 3 will start on Dec 1.
