The Last of Us DLC "Left Behind" drops February 14 according to a new tweet from Neil Druckmann, the writer of The Last of Us.

Left Behind was originally announced at the PlayStation 4 Launch event on November 14, 2013. The DLC will serve as a prequel to the main storyline of The Last of Us and will feature Ellie and her friend Riley.
