It has been confirmed that Atari is working on a new game console.

Last week a 21 second teaser video site (https://www.ataribox.com/) showed the Atari logo and ended with a "Coming Soon" message. On Friday, in an interview with VentureBeat, Atari CEO Fred Chesnais confirmed that Atari is working on a new console.

Few details are known about the console except that it is "based on PC technology". Will this be aimed at competing with current gen hardware, or upcoming consoles like the Xbox One X? Will we see classic Atari games remade with modern graphics? And what will it be called? Hopefully all of these questions will be answered soon.
