Those who missed out on the last Sim City beta which went on during January will get another chance to  try out the newest city-building game from Maxis. It was announced today that the second closed beta will start February 16 and will last just 24 hours.

To apply go to www.simcity.com/beta and sign up. You have until 6 a.m. PDT, Monday February 11 before the sign up page is closed.

Sim City will be released March 5 for the PC.
