According to IGN, Dead Rising 3 will allow you to craft and customize vehicles just like weapons. Players will need to find a blueprint and at least two components to craft the vehicles, and once crafted, the vehicles can be spawned at any garage.
The vehicles also have at least two seats, so you will be able to have either friends in co-op join, or an NPC that you are trying to rescue.
Dead Rising 3 is scheduled to launch November 2013 for the Xbox One.
