Rockstar has announced that installing the GTA V "play" disc will cause texture pop in and other graphical issues. Both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions are affected. The game comes with two discs, one is a mandatory install, and the other, play disc, is optional.

- On the Xbox 360, for the best possible performance, loading speed (Improvements include a faster loading map) and in general to decrease the load on the laser disk drive, it is recommended to install the second GTA V "play disc" to a USB drive. You need a 16G drive or bigger.
