Final Fantasy 14 is headed to the PlayStation 4. Check out the new trailer that shows enhanced visuals, touchpad control and remote play with PS Vita.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will be available for the PlayStation 4 on April 24, 2014. Square Enix has announced that the standard edition will be $39.99 and the collector's edition will be $79.99.

The PS4 collector's Edition will be sold exclusively on the Square Enix online store, and system owners can also purchase a digital version for $59.99 via the PlayStation Network. A free 30 day trial is also included for new accounts, with monthly subscriptions costing $12.99.

PS4 users will also be eligibile for the FF14 beta test starting on February 22, 2014, and PS3 accounts can be transferred over to the PS4 version on its release (April 14). The beta schedule has been posted below, but take note that it is subject to change:

• Beta Test Phase 1: February 22, 2014 through March 3, 2014 (JST)
• Beta Test Phase 2: April 4, 2014 through April 7, 2014 (JST)
