Sony has confirmed via Twitter that the PlayStation Vita's slim model will be released in North America. Check out the video of the announcement as well as more details on the PS Vita slim release below.

The new and slimmer PlayStation Vita Wi-Fi model will be available in the all-in-one Borderlands 2 Limited Edition PlayStation Vita Bundle.

• Scheduled to be released sometime this spring
• Price: $199
• Includes Borderlands 2
• PS Vita version of Borderlands 2 has four-player co-op and cross-platform compatibility with save games from the original PS3 version
• Includes six DLC add-ons
