The second Cities Skylines expansion titled Snowfall will be released on February 18, 2016 according to Paradox Interactive.

The expansion features new weather-related features such as a temparture system where buildings will need to be heated and roads will need to be cleared. Also included are new winter parks and landmarks, as well as a new tram system to help residents get around your towns in any weather. The expansion will cost $12.99.
