A recent update to Hotline Miami 2 added a full level editor. Since a lot of people didn't actually like the level design of Hotline Miami 2 compared to the first game, this could be a very welcome feature.

The update also fixed some bugs and issues with the game, patch notes can be found in the level editor forum over on Steam.
